Cancellations and deposits
Bookings can be cancelled or changed WITHOUT any charge up to 30 days before arrival. For bookings cancelled after this deadline the conditions are as follows:
- A charge of 50% of the deposit for cancellations from the 29th day to the 8th day before arrival
- A charge of 100% of the deposit for cancellations in the week before arrival
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, the price of the entire stay will be charged
A deposit of 30% of the entire stay, must be paid by bank transfer, PayPal or by credit card to the following account:

Interruptions to holidays
In the event of late arrival, early departure, or no show, 100% of the price of the entire stay will be charged. Cancellation costs are calculated on the total price.

Cancellation terms
The BeSafe Plus Rate guarantees cancellation for any documentable reason and provides a refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount in accordance with the regulations of the Insurance Policy applied at the time of booking.

Tourist tax
Tourist tax is a contribution to the protection and development of the cultural and natural heritage of the local area of €2.50 and is added for each guest over 14 years of age and per overnight stay.
The Trentino Guest Card
The Trentino Guest Card is the key to get free access to many museums, castles and natural parks in Trentino and to travel freely throughout the region with provincial public transport. It is given to all guests free of charge!
B&B flexible
Choosing B&B you can book ¾ board day by day. In this case you will be charged € 25 per person per day. Simple and uncomplicated.
Double room for single use
We have some single rooms that can be booked without any additional supplement. For double rooms on the other hand there is a supplement that varies according to the season and the type chosen. Ask us for a quotation!
Dogs
Dogs are welcome here. However, we only accept a certain number of animals at a time and we have some special rooms dedicated to these special guests. For this reason, we ask you to make an explicit request to bring your four-legged friend.
You can also have dinner with your dog. In the Taverna and on the terrace, there are some places especially for owners and four-legged friends. This possibility must also be explicitly requested, as places are limited.
Pets are not allowed in the dining room, the pool and the SPA.
The rate for dogs is €20 per day (excluding food). We reserve the right to charge for any extra cleaning if necessary. We recommend taking out some insurance for any possible damages.
Charging columns
Do you drive an electric car? Here at the Pineta there are three 11 KW charging columns that cost € 0.80 per KW. However, a full recharge is included for stays of at least 3 nights.
Air conditioning
In the warmer months city dwellers and valley residents are used to using air conditioning and expect to find it at an altitude of 900m above sea level. Actually, here in the mountains it is not necessary! Just follow some simple precautions: keep curtains and skylight blackouts closed during the day and ventilate the room before going to sleep. At night, in fact, the temperature drops significantly.
Sustainability
Here sustainability is a lifestyle that we like to share with our guests. We therefore ask you to bring your slippers from home (of course, if that is not possible, we will be happy to give you some at the reception), to reuse towels as much as possible (if you do not want your towels changed, you are kindly requested to hang them up, while if you want them changed you can simply put them in the shower or on the floor), and to separate waste using the bins provided.
