Over thirty people, one big family 

Passion, commitment and the actions of every member of our team demonstrate the authentic values that distinguish our large family: hospitality, care and respect. Creating genuine connections, paying meticulous attention to details and satisfying specific guest needs: this is what allows us to provide a tailor-made service, capable of exceeding expectations. Whether it's welcoming you with a sincere smile, taking you on a special excursion, recommending a dish from the menu or a wellness treatment, we always try to create a familiar and reassuring atmosphere, full of warmth and authenticity.

For many years he was the Senior Chef of our restaurant “Alla Pineta”. He is now retired, so to speak. You can always find him in action: dominating the barbecue, managing the wine cellar that bears his name, or transmitting his passion in our cookery courses.

Bruno’s wife, who shares his life, retirement and inexhaustible energy. Even now she continues to be a pillar of our team: with her contagious smile and innate organisational ability she is always capable of solving any small unforeseen event.

He has been the heart and soul of our mountain excursions for many years, always ready to advise guests and accompany them on the routes best suited to their abilities and needs. He loves nature so much that for some time now he has dealt with managing energy saving systems.

Every morning, at dawn when Livio heads off to the woods, his wife Cristina goes to the office and devotes herself to taking meticulous care of the accounts. A passion that continues even now that she is retired and which she is gradually transferring to her daughter Elisa, who we will have the pleasure of introducing shortly.

In the early morning you can find him in our tavern at breakfast; in the evening he is at the reception cultivating his passion: hospitality. If you like memories and stories, he is the right person to go to: his stories and anecdotes about the Pineta are simply unmissable.

Mario’s wife, our dear Serenella is an irreplaceable presence in our team. Every morning, she helps us with breakfast, and some evenings you can find her among the tables of our restaurant “Alla Pineta”, ready to welcome you with her unmistakable smile. If you want to know about the Jacopeo d’Anaunia Path, she is the person to ask.

Pineta rhymes with Nicola. Officially he is responsible for the reception and wellness excursions, but in reality you can find him everywhere. When you arrive, he welcomes you with his friendliness; every morning he guides you through 7000 well-being steps; and when you have any requests, he supports you with his professionalism. Our Super Chef. You might not see him very often, but every delicacy you taste during your holiday is created by him. Behind the scenes, him and his fantastic team work passionately to create dishes that uniquely combine the ancient flavours of tradition with innovative and creative ideas. Everything strictly made from genuine, seasonal ingredients. 

Our sommelier. He has travelled far and wide across Trentino to visit vineyards and get to know the local producers first hand. His selection of wines and spirits is a guarantee of a good drinking culture and unforgettable tastings. Furthermore, he masterfully coordinates our PinetaDreamTeam, to ensure that everything from breakfast to cleaning is perfect.

Like her mother Cristina, every morning at dawn she goes to the office and works alongside Nicola and Andreas on the administrative activities. The rest of the day, you can find her around the Pineta, making sure everything is in perfect order. She is our super administrative manager, that keeps us all on track. Her dedication and attention to detail are a blessing to us! 

She recently became a mother and is currently dedicating herself to her little ones at home, Ludovico and Adelaide. All the rest of the time, you can find her in the reception, where she works with our super reception team. She is our expert Wedding Planner and Event Manager, always ready to organise every detail of your special events here at the Pineta.

The youngest cousin in the group: Michelino has now become the architect of the Pineta. In recent years he oversaw the creation of wonders that transformed our resort. He was responsible for Chalet Verdes, the new Infinity Pool, and the Faggio and Ginepro Junior Suites, and we can assure you he has other extraordinary projects in mind for the future.
