At the Pineta, culinary pleasure is an essential part of the experience and comes in many shapes and forms. There is gourmet cuisine by Chef Mattia, who creatively reinterprets the alpine peasant tradition, combining family flavours with the best local and seasonal products. There are wine tastings led by Bruno, which lead to the discovery of the best wines and sparkling wines from the local area. Above all there is typical Italian conviviality: the pleasure of being together, chatting, laughing and sharing memories.

Why choose our gourmet cuisine?


Our gourmet cuisine is inspired by the peasant tradition of the Alps: Chef Mattia reinterprets family recipes with creativity and flair;

Since 2013 we have been part of the Slow Food network: a certification that values those who protect biodiversity, choose small local producers, and give food the right time and value;

Since 2003 we have been an Osteria Tipica Trentina: certification that attests to the authenticity of our gastronomic cuisine and the local origin of raw materials;

We use natural km0 ingredients: we know where they come from (vegetable gardens, forests and farms in Val di Non) and when they were picked;

We use seasonal vegetables and wild herbs: this is why we always create different menus that follow the rhythms of nature;

We look to tradition to find new ideas: savoury menus using apples from Val di Non, wine tastings with new pairings and much more;

For us, food is a daily ritual: whether it’s in the dining room, the garden or Bruno’s wine cellar, we like to be together at the table, chatting and telling jokes, just like a real family.

#Apinetivo
Every Wednesday in the summer at 18.00, happy hour with a drink and some appetisers in good company and with a view of the Dolomites.

#Pinetaallabrace
In August, a barbecue with cuts and ribs cooked by our Chef Mattia, accompanied by a selection of wines.

Mushrooming
In autumn, an excursion with Livio to discover mushrooms: first you will learn to recognise and collect them, then to cook them.

Ancient flavours
