All natural elements enhanced in decisive architecture to create large spaces that open to the outside, able to provide a feeling of respite and autonomy. These Suites are designed for free spirits.
40 m2 of fir, larch and Swiss pine inside the Chalet Verdes, dedicated to the freedom of nature. Light colours, light scents, rough trunks, large living areas with typical Tyrolean stoves that inevitably lead towards large panoramic balconies: Negritella Suites have a sophisticated design, capable of creating spaces where energy encounters independence. There is freedom of movement too, thanks to the direct connection to the restaurant and the spa.

B&B flexible
With B&B treatment you have the freedom to decide day by day and whether to add dinner with the chef's tasting menu at a cost of € 45 per person, or ¾ Board at the Pineta, which includes midday brunch, an afternoon snack and dinner, at a cost of € 65 per person.
Simple, convenient and uncomplicated.
Double room for single use
We have some single rooms that can be booked without any additional supplement. For double rooms on the other hand there is a supplement that varies according to the season and the type chosen. Ask us for a quotation!
Cancellation policies
Bookings can be cancelled or changed WITHOUT any charge up to 30 days before arrival. For bookings cancelled after this deadline the conditions are as follows:
A charge of 50% of the deposit for cancellations from the 29th day to the 8th day before arrival
A charge of 100% of the deposit for cancellations in the week before arrival
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the price of the entire stay will be charged
A deposit of 30% of the entire stay, must be paid by bank transfer, PayPal or by credit card to the following account:
