B&B flexible
With B&B treatment you have the freedom to decide day by day and whether to add dinner with the chef's tasting menu at a cost of € 45 per person, or ¾ Board at the Pineta, which includes midday brunch, an afternoon snack and dinner, at a cost of € 65 per person.

Double room for single use
We have some single rooms that can be booked without any additional supplement. For double rooms on the other hand there is a supplement that varies according to the season and the type chosen. Ask us for a quotation!
Cancellation policies
Bookings can be cancelled or changed WITHOUT any charge up to 30 days before arrival. For bookings cancelled after this deadline the conditions are as follows:
A charge of 50% of the deposit for cancellations from the 29th day to the 8th day before arrival
A charge of 100% of the deposit for cancellations in the week before arrival
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the price of the entire stay will be charged
A deposit of 30% of the entire stay, must be paid by bank transfer, PayPal or by credit card to the following account:
