E cos\u00ec, al Pineta Nature Resort, si \u00e8 cercato di rivisitare, di rileggere le antiche ricette \u201cde sti ani\u201d (espressione trentina) in chiave attuale. Un lavoro quasi artistico portato avanti ogni giorno dallo chef Mattia.
